Fit: On-Ice vs. Casual
On-ice hockey jerseys are worn over shoulder pads, so they are cut looser with wider sleeves. If your team plays without pads (street or ball hockey), a more athletic fit works better. Tell us which style you need and we will adjust the pattern accordingly.
Design: Colors, Numbers, and Crests
Team colors: Use bold, contrasting colors so the jersey is easy to read on the ice.
Numbers: Large numbers on the back and smaller on the sleeves or shoulders.
Crests and logos: Front crest, shoulder patches, and sleeve stripes are all possible.

Sublimation vs. Tackle Twill
Two main methods are used for hockey jerseys:
Custom sublimation hockey jerseys: the full design is printed into the fabric. It is lightweight, never peels, and is great for all-over patterns. Best for most teams.
Tackle twill: layered fabric letters and numbers are sewn on. It looks traditional and professional but costs more and takes longer.
Many teams combine both: sublimation for the main design, tackle twill for a special captain or commemorative jersey.
