• Design & mockup: 1–3 days after you send your artwork
• Sample (optional): 5–7 days extra
• Bulk production: 1–2 weeks after design approval
• Shipping: 3–7 days by express courier, or 2–4 weeks by sea

In total, most teams receive their uniforms in about 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.

Factors That Affect Lead Time

• Design readiness: If your artwork is final and print-ready, production starts immediately.
• Quantity: Large orders (500+ pieces) take longer to print and sew.
• Complexity: All-over sublimation with many colors takes the same time as simple designs — but complicated stitching or custom accessories add time.
• Season: Before the sports season (Feb–Aug), factories are busiest. Order early.
• Sample approval: Waiting for your approval slows the clock.
