What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces. Smaller sample orders can be discussed.
Do you provide a free design and mockup?
Yes. Send your logo and reference design, and we will create a free mockup before production.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes about 1–2 weeks after the design and order details are approved.
Can you produce matching items in one order?
Yes. Hoodies, shorts, shirts and other apparel can be coordinated using the same colors and branding.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with teams and apparel brands worldwide and confirm shipping details with your quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples are usually ready to ship in about 7 days. Rush samples may be available in 3 days when capacity allows, with no extra rush fee. This is factory preparation time, not transit time.
How much does a sample cost?
Standard sublimation samples can usually be arranged within US$30. Embroidery and other special fabrics, construction or functionality are quoted separately. Sample fees are credited toward bulk orders of 500+ pieces.
